We are proud to declare that we have implemented the Food Safety Management ISO 22000:2018, an international standard combining HACCP principles & Quality Management System, in order to preserve our services’ quality. Today, our advanced kitchen is in compliance with the highest hygiene and safety requirements, and in line with ISO and HACCP standards.
Our internal Quality Assurance and Food safety teams regularly audit and inspect all ingredients and materials used in production, in order to ensure the best quality offered. The implementation of the Food Safety Management ISO 22000:2018 is an ongoing process, as we ensure that all employees are trained and are competent in managing the principles of risk identification and control.
