The Kitchen
Le43 Catering’s 3,500sqm state-of-the-art kitchen is one of the largest in Lebanon and the Middle East, located in Baabdat, Mount Lebanon. We are proud to declare that we have implemented the Food Safety Management ISO 22000:2018, an international standard combining HACCP principles & Quality Management System, in order to preserve our services’ quality. Today, our advanced kitchen is in compliance with the highest hygiene and safety requirements, and in line with ISO and HACCP standards.
